Updates a binary property. The specific property is specified in the Parameters object. See Parameters.hasBinaryProperty(String) or Parameters.getBinaryProperty()

Parameters:

entityId - unique id

contentInfo - Basic information about the content stream

stream - An inputstream

params - Parameters
